Welcome to our website, www.coconutme.co (later referred to as “the Site”). We strive to maintain and update, as far as possible, the information available on the Site. We reserve the right to edit, at any time and without notice, its content.

Coconut me !® is a brand of NBC Agency.

Coconut me !® is not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from the fraudulent intrusion of a third party which caused a modification of the information available on the Site.
  • Damages, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the cause, origin, nature or consequence, resulting from a user accessing the site, or from their inability to access the Site.

These terms and conditions are exclusively applicable to the products available on the Site. They are systematically made available to the user during the checkout process. We encourage you to carefully read each product’s description before purchasing them.

Consequentially, placing an order results in the user’s full agreement with these terms and conditions over any other terms.

Coconut me !® reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order, such as orders which exceed the number of products deemed reasonable for a private consumer. This decision is taken at the discretion of Coconut me !® exclusively, without consultation.

Article 01 – Prices

The prices displayed include taxes, at the exception of service fees and import taxes defined by the law in the country of the delivery address.

Article 02 – Service fees

Service fees can occur. If they do, the fees are listed on the invoice sent to your email and during the checkout process of the Site in the case of online purchases.

Article 03 – Orders

The steps to place an order are the following:

Select one or several products and add them to the shopping bag. At any time, you can check the content or your shopping bag, the corresponding price and makes any changes.

Enter your billing information by typing your name, selecting your country, address, phone number and email address. The corresponding shipping fees are then displayed. If you wish to enter a different shipping address, tick the box.

Check out and proceed to payment. In order to check out, you must accept the present terms and conditions in their entirety.

Your order is then processed by Coconut me !®. As soon as it’s confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation to your email address, containing all the essential information related to your order, such as the total price paid and the shipping information.

Article 04 – Stocks

The products offered on the Site are subject to availability, while stocks last. In case a product is found to be out of stock after you placed your order, we will inform you within 8 working days and let you know the delay incurred.

If you wish to do so, you can also cancel or exchange your order by calling us on +689 40 50 86 76, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (GMT-10), or by sending us a message through the “Contact” section of the Site.

Article 05 – Payment

The payment of the products order on the Site is exclusively performed on Paypal (www.paypal.com), which allows you to pay exclusively with your Paypal account or with a Visa, Master or American Express card.

Your payment card information is directly communicated to Paypal securely using an SSL certificate, in agreement with legal requirements in France. At no point in the checkout process is Coconut me !® in possession of your card information.

Article 06 – Delivery

The products offered on the Site are sold from Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia.

The products are available for delivery only to French Polynesia, Metropolitan France and Europe. It is your responsibility to provide Coconut me !® with a valid delivery address during the checkout process.

We systematically select a single, best delivery mode for every order. The associated shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process, just before proceeding to payment.

We do our best to ship the products promptly to have them delivered as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery time after your order has been shipped.

You can also pick up your order directly from NBC Agency, 17 rue Jeanne d’Arc, 98713 Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia by calling us beforehand on +689 40 50 86 76 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM GMT-10).

Article 07 – Right to withdraw

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in within 14 days after the date it was delivered. If you wish to return your order, you must inform us either by calling us on +689 40 50 86 76 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM GMT-10) or emailing us through the “Contact” section of the Site. Once we’ve processed your request, we will send you an email confirmation.

You must return your order as soon as possible and within 14 days of informing us, in its original packaging, in brand new condition to the following address:

We commit to exchange or refund your order within 7 days following the delivery of your returned order. Here is our refund policy:

If your order is returned complete, we will issue a refund for the total price of the order, including shipping fees. Shipping fees paid to return the order are not refunded.
If your order is returned incomplete, we will issue a partial refund matching the price of the items returned. We will not refund original shipping fees and shipping fees paid to return the order.
If we are responsible for the cause of the return, we will issue a refund for the price of the items, the original shipping fees and the shipping fees paid to return the order.

Article 08 – Limitation & Liability

The products offered are in accordance with the French legislation in force.

Coconut me !® is not responsible for not carrying out this contract in case of force majeure such as the partial or complete disruption of services such as postal services, transports and/or communications.

Coconut me !® reminds you that in accordance with article 1124 of the French Code Civil, minors are not allowed to place orders. In consequence, orders destined for minors must be placed by the minor’s parents or legal guardian.

Hypertext links can point to other site than the Site. Coconut me!® can not be held responsible if the content of these sites infringes the legislation in force.

Article 09 – Intellectual property

In accordance with the legislation in force regarding intellectual right property, the Site and all of its elements, photos, illustrations, logos, visuals, code, etc. are the exclusive property of Coconut me !® and its partners.

The reproduction and the partial or complete use of these elements is strictly authorized for information purposes and for a private, personal use. The reproduction or use of these elements for any other purpose is strictly forbidden, unless expressly authorised in writing by Coconut me!®.

Article 10 – Dispute resolution

Coconut me !® strives to provide complete satisfaction. Our customer service is available for your requests and potential claims, and can be reached through the “Contact” page of the Site.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience and wish to present your claims with a third party, you can file these claims on the mediation platform made available by the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Article 11 – Controlling law & Jurisdiction

The present contract is subject to the French legislation in force. These terms and conditions are intended for customers in French Polynesia, Metropolitan France and Europe, and are exclusively subject to consumer law in force in France.

The language of this contract is English. All disputes regarding its interpretation and/or its execution falls under the jurisdiction of Papeete’s court house (Tahiti, French Polynesia).

Article 12 – Modifications

Coconut me!® reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use the Site after we have posted a modification on the Site, you are indicating that your agreement and express consent to be bound by the modified terms and conditions. If the modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, you may cease using the Site and this is your only recourse.
