Yes. Our products are made entirely from plant-based materials and are not tested on animals.
Regular coconut oil is made from copra, which is dried coconut kernel. The copra is pressed and then the extracted oil is refined, bleached and deodorized to make it suitable for consumption. Virgin coconut oil, like Coconut me !®’s Coconut Oil, is extracted from the fresh milk of the coconut and is left unrefined.
Like all natural oils, our coconut oil and monoï will become solid at a certain temperature, as it contains no artificial additives. If you live in cooler areas, you may find that our oil solidifies – this is a natural process and will not affect the quality of the oil. Simply place it in a glass of warm water for a few minutes and your oil will become liquid again. Don’t try to reheat your oil in a microwave oven.
Orders & Payment
We use Paypal to process all our orders. You can either pay with your Paypal account or a credit card. We accept most common cards, such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
You can enter your coupon code in the shopping cart, accessible through the main menu icon.
Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship your order quickly and have it delivered as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery time after your order has been shipped.
Most orders to France and the rest of Europe take 4 to 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in within 14 days after the date it was delivered. Click here to inform us and we will send you an email confirmation once we’ve processed your request.

We commit to exchange or refund your order within 7 days following the delivery of your returned order. Here is our refund policy:
- If your order is returned complete, we will issue a refund for the total price of the order, including shipping fees. Shipping fees paid to return the order are not refunded.
- If your order is returned incomplete, we will issue a partial refund matching the price of the items returned. We will not refund original shipping fees and shipping fees paid to return the order.
- If we are responsible for the cause of the return, we will issue a refund for the price of the items, the original shipping fees and the shipping fees paid to return the order.
